1。ThatthegatesofMansoulshouldbekeptshut,andmadefastwithbarsandlocks,andthatallpersonsthatwentout,orcamein,shouldbeverystrictlyexaminedbythecaptainsoftheguards,’totheend,’saidthey,’thatthosethataremanagersoftheplotamongstus,may,eithercomingorgoing,betaken;andthatwemayalsofindoutwhoarethegreatcontrivers,amongstus,ofourruin。’
